Major Bantam Rep B Tryouts

To Major Bantam players and parents,
The Cobras decided this week not to proceed with a Major Bantam team for the 2015-16 season. As you can imagine, this has a direct impact on the decision to host a second Rep B team in District 3 only a few days before the start of the Rep B tryouts. After many discussions between District 3 and Rep B associations, it was determined that the best course of action was to gather all of the Major Bantam players (2001) that want to try-out for a Major Bantam Rep B team in District 3 at the same tryout sessions.
It has already been determined that there will be a Crush Major Bantam Rep B team this season, but by evaluating all the available players we are hoping to host a second Rep B team in District 3. We have yet to determine who will host this second team. The ultimate goal is to host two balanced Rep B teams for players in District 3 that can compete in the Ottawa B League.
Details of District 3 Major Bantam tryouts
Session 1: Tuesday Sep 8th 6:45-8:15pm CIHA
Session 2: Wednesday Sep 9th 7-8:30pm Clarence Arena
Details of additional tryout sessions will be provided once finalized.
Please bring an $80 cheque to the tryouts , made payable to ‘Crush’. All players will be guaranteed a minimum of two tryout sessions. Tryout Transfer requests forms are NOT required for these sessions, although we will need to register all players at the first tryout session.
