REGISTRATION POLICY FOR THE 2015 – 2016 SEASON

VOLUNTEER REBATE: Each family may receive a $50.00 discount by volunteering at the fair gate or Oktoberfest (Vankleek Hill).
 
 *A $20.00 service charge will be levied against all NSF cheques.
 
2. FAMILY DISCOUNTS Families with more than one child registered in hockey will receive a $25.00 discount for the second child and a $50.00 discount for the third and each additional child registered.
 
3. PAYMENT Payment must be by cheque or money order only- payments to be made to the E.P.R.M.H.A. At the time of registration full payment or alternatively a $100.00 deposit per child is required along with post-dated cheques for the balance, such cheques to be payable on the 1st or 15th of the month. The registration fee may be paid in full or by a deposit and the balance with post-dated cheques. All registrations must be paid in full by Nov. 1, 2015 or the player’s ice privileges will be revoked.
 
5. TRI-CITY GRIFFONS, WILD & COBRAS TRYOUTS All players participating in the Tri-City Griffons, the Wild or the Cobras try outs must be registered with their home association. A $10.00 non-refundable fee is payable to the Eastern Prescott Russell Minor Hockey Association.
 
6. FITNESS TAX CREDIT Tax receipts will be issued at the end of the year.
 
7. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE If you cannot afford to register your child in minor hockey, you MAY qualify for financial assistance. If you require financial assistance, please advise the Registrar at the time of registration, or as soon as possible afterwards by e-mail or telephone.
 
8. REFUNDS No refund will be made by the Association after December 1st . In the event a player quits before December 1st of any season and wishes to receive a refund, the request must be made to the Registrar in writing. All refunds will be pro-rated from the beginning of the season, being September, to the end of the season, being February.
